To Let your property

To Let your property, you’ll need a few key permissions and certifications to ensure you meet legal requirements and provide a safe environment for tenants.
Here’s a few pointers [to include but not limited to]:

If you have a mortgage, you’ll likely need permission from your lender to let out your property. Some lenders require a “consent to let,” while others may need you to switch to a buy-to-let mortgage.

You need a valid EPC rating of at least E (or higher for some localities) before letting your property. This certificate is valid for 10 years. Domestic private rented property: minimum energy efficiency standard - landlord guidance - GOV.UK

Ensuring you have these permissions and certifications will help you stay compliant and protect your investment.
